Study On The Differences Of The Compensation System In The Process Of Splicing Board

The article selected the representative enterprise, enterprise A is a thin splicing board and piece-rate system company, enterprise B is a thick splicing board and time-rate system company. By numerous of field measurements, and with the method of statistical analysis, research the regularity and diversity of different compensation system. The aim is to explore a fair and equitable work environment, and develop the greatest efficiency of enterprise.Through analyzing study, Main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Through data analysis, we can conclude that thin plate enterprise A unit splicing board associated man-hour and labor costs with the length of splicing board most relevant;When the length of plicing board is less then 1100mm, the formula of unit volume man-hour is:y=4.0798e-0.00014x; and the formula of labor cost is:y=122.18e-0.0014x,xis the length of plicing board/mm.When the length of plicing board is great than or equal to 1100mm, the man-hour and labor cost of unit splicing board production becomes stable.(2) Thick plate enterprise B produce unit volume splicing board, the length of plicing board did not affect the man-hour and labor costs, but inversely with the volume.The formula of unit volume man-hour is:y=1.2413e-1E-05x; and the formula of labor cost is:y= 46.548e-1E-05x,x is the volume of plicing board/cm3.(3) In the thin plate of splicing board process, the formula of unit time labor costs difference between time-rate and piece-rate: YThin=aLn(x)+b Annotation:a,b is depending on the comparison of the different Compensation System,for details see 4.2.2 and 4.2.4.(4) In the thick plate of splicing board process, the formula of unit time labor costs difference between time-rate and piece-rate: YThick＝Ax+B Annotation:A,B is depending on the comparison of the different Compensation System,for details see 4.3.2 and 4.3.3.
