Design Of Straight Slab Forming Machine Of Cotton Stalk Scrimber

With the economic development of our nation, the demand for wood is more and more big. Seek another raw material of man made board to instead of wood is imperative. The lignification of the cotton stalk is heigh and the source of cotton stalk is rich ,so the cotton stalk has larger development prospects.This paper first did some performance tests on slab forming machine of cotton stalk scrimber, using two factors four levels orthogonal test ,did some research about influence of different feeding type and feeding speed on forming uniformity. The test provide basic data to design the rectilinear slab forming machine of cotton stalk scrimber; Secondly, useing mechanical design theory made the integral and the structure design of the straight slab forming machine of cotton stalk scrimber; Again, using 3d modeling software to establish the three-dimensional modeling of slab forming machine; Finally, using Soildworks software did the finite element analysis about the the main transmission parts. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the test ,the slab forming machine has the best forming result when the feeding speed of the slab forming machine is 1.2m/s,the transportation system's speed is 1.25m/s,the line speed of the forming department is 0.94m/s.(2)The slab forming machine of cotton stalk scrimber is consist of three parts:feeding and gluing machine,branch conveyor,summary forming machine.the speed of the feeding and gluing machine is 1.2m/s,the speed of the branch conveyor is 0.8 m/s, the speed of summary forming machine is 0.94m/s.(3) Straight forming department has two horizontal conveyor which has relative movement and three conveyor belt on the side to gripping the materials. The length of the forming machine is 40m.The whole summary forming machine is consist of 10 independent forming unit, each unit have 8 feeding and gluing machine.(4) Drew the two-dimensional map of the linear slab forming machine of cotton stalk scrimber.(5) Using CATIA software to establish the three-dimensional modeling of slab forming machine. (6) Using Soildworks software did the finite element analysis about the main transmission parts.
