Develop On Slab Forming Machine Of Cotton Stalk Scrimber

With the rapid socio-economic development of the growing demand for timber, resulting in an acute contradictions of our ability between supply and demand for wood increasingly. With great development prospects, cotton stalk as raw material, after hot pressing , the Straw scrimber have excellent performance and similar to the structure of wood texture. Lasting, Mechanization of restructuring material production is one of the most important part of the production process.In this thesis, I mainly designed on the whole scheme of slab paving machine design,concrete structure design and three dimensional design with mechanical design theory and three-dimensional modeling software. At the same time, I completed the fist generation prototype trial of scrimber slab forming machine. It's a basis to achieve industrial-scale production of straw scrimber. In this study, the main results achieved:(1) Through the detailed analysis of the production process of cotton stalk scrimber and the itself characteristics of cotton stalk raw materials, I summarized Straw recombinant material characteristics of paving slabs to complete the reorganization of scrimber slab paving machine design ideas, and the overall program design of forming machines, analysis the process and characteristics of feeding-sizing equipment, belt conveyor and turning pavement equipment of the cotton stalk scrimber slab forming machine.(2) Mainly analyzed the effective functioning device of the scrimber slab paving machine, and designed on the different program of different devices, chosen by analogy obtained the optimum device specific implementation plans, and designed the structural and main parameters of the major parts , obtained the specific parameters of the main components of scrimber slab forming machine, drew the two-dimensional map of the mainly parts and final assembly of the paving machine.(3) Take transmission gear on the glue sizing-rolling as an example, three-dimensional modeling was carried out by using PRO/E three-dimensional solid modeling software, to complete all parts of the three-dimensional solid model of the reorganization of scrimber slab paving machine, conducted a feeding sizing, belt conveyor, rotary pavement devices and static interference check of virtual assembly, through the modified model, re-established the three-dimensional solid modeling of scrimber slab forming machine. (4) Mainly completed the processing map drawing and the prototype trialing of scrimber slab forming machine, the development of this machine not only suit for cotton stalk scrimber slab forming, but also for the scriber slab forming of tobacco stalks, bean stalks, pepper straw and sunflower stalks and any other crop stalks.(5) To achieve mechanized paving of agricultural straw scrimber slab in both domestic and abroad of the development of the first generation prototype of cotton stalk scrimber slab forming machine. This invention will greatly improving the efficiency of agricultural straw scrimber slabs'forming and reducing the strength of labor intensity, it plays a large role in promoting industrial-scale production of scrimber.
