2008 financial crisis did not affect the office furniture industry, especially in the production.Office furniture in china is still in a good gold period. Offices were set up by many foreign businesses in China, and the annual demand of office furniture is expected at 400 million or more.(From Investment Analysis and Forecast Report of the office furniture industry in China in 2009-2012)High-grade office furniture market is upgrade day by day.The annual demand of office furniture is about 1.2 million, about 1.2 billion,including the existing 117 star hotels and more than 1,500 hotels in their replacement cycle.The amount of the annual demand including a large number of enterprises, institutions, organizations, office appliances of life, is about 8 billion yuan. In a word,the total annual demand of office furniture is summed up to 2 billion yuan. Office industry is facing reshuffle, the brands are facing bigger and stronger bottlenecks in the development.More and more senior corporate leaders are increasingly aware of the value of design in the whole industry chain (which will be described more clear in the later chapter).However, most businesses do not find ways and means of designjust copy other famous brands innovation without choice and judge.This paper aims at exploring the scientific design of office furniture. In order to find suitable commercial design business development path, it focus on executive furniture design.1,The paper belongs to the part of the production system.To make research more rigorous,we try to use scientific methods to find out methods of office furniture design.2,This paper makes in-depth analysis of consumer demand (three levels of consumer demand segments-a clear demand, potential demand, expectations).Based on consumer demand, it researches office forms and ultimately to respond to market demand-oriented.3,Instead of product design alone, this paper focuses on the executive office furniture design based on the perspective of overall building product family.It tells the product line relationship between the family,different roles they play, which is the great difference between the conceptual design and commercial design.4, After design research, will make a proof and sales in market, gradually modify the product design.5,In this paper, the design of executive office furniture is standing in a systematic theoretical framework, due to time and my limited experience, there must be inadequate. However, the athlete wants to do some useful research and prove reference to the later researchers.
