The gyroscope inclinometer used to measure the trajectory and the azimuth, inclination and tool face angle of the cased well (oil well). Currently, inclinometers widely use magnetometer and accelerometer as sensor, and use MCS-51 series microcontroller as the control unit, but the magnetometer is susceptible to interference from external magnetic field and a negative impact will be on measurement accuracy. To overcome this shortcoming, this subject designs a inclinometer that a gyroscope and accelerometer is used as the sensor, and MCU as a controller and the DSP chip as a solver, so the inclinometer has stronger anti-interference ability, wider application area, higher reliability advantages.Gyro inclinometer is essentially an embedded instrument based on strapdown inertia navigation theory. This thesis explains the basic principles of inclinometer, and selects the type of gyroscope and accelerometer by comparison common inertia sensors. C8051F040 and TMS320F28016 is used as the main chip of the system, and the data acquisition module, communication module and other circuits are designed.For the aspect of software, the MCU control programs and the oil well parameters solver programs with DSP chip are developed with C language. All functions of programs are prepared with great pain for simple style and more efficiency. Modular thinking is used for programs design so that system maintenance, improvements and extensions is very convenient. PC program is written with VC++ language and uses the concept of error proofing (fault-tolerant), with a friendly user interface and simple method of operation, and measured data can display in the main program interface in real time and can automatically save the data to a file.Manchester code is used for communication between bottom of oil well and ground. Manchester coding and decoding is implemented by software, and modulating Manchester code to the bipolar Manchester code or the reverse is implemented by hardware, this method not only simplifies the hardware design, and also allows communication with the farther transmission distance, the advantages of anti-interference ability.After testing, the system runs well, and achieves the design goal. The system has some application value for improvement of the logging results in the region with magnetic interference.
