Analyze the overall nature of Shengli Oilfield wastewater that the main corrosion factor of the water is salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, SRB bacteria, carbon dioxide and water temperature, etc.Meanwhile, evaluate the water quality of four Shengli Oilfield water stations by the membership function of fuzzy evaluation method. The membership function method determines the in pre-oxidation process of Guangli Station and Shinan Station, suspended sludge process of Xinyi station, green electrochemical treatment process of Zhenglizhuang station effluent water quality that can respectively achieve B2, A3, B1, A3 Level, meet the criterion of Production Engineering Department set, provides a basis for whether the injection water achieves the standard of the oil field. Second, AHP comparison matrix show that the primary pollutants of the sewage station must be removed, in Guangli station, Shinan station, Xinyi station the first removal of pollutant in wastewater is suspended solid or oil content, for Zhenglizhuang station the primary removal of pollutant in the sewage is bacteria SRB, it can be inferred whether the treatment processes meet the quality characteristics of each water stations, determined a theoretical basis for sewage water treatment stations.The results show that Guangli station and Shinanstation in the pre-oxidation process on the removal of suspended solids capacity is not very satisfactory, Xinyi station suspended solids sludge treatment process is the best, green electrochemical treatment process of Zhenglizhuang station removes the SRB bacteria is bad. The above two evaluation methods, both overall treatment effect on water quality classification, but also determine the pollutants on the pollution of water bodies the size of the contribution rate, pointe out the order of pollutants in water treatment process.Provided a theoretical basis, you can choose some low-cost, the treatment effect good process.
