EDCs have a strong toxicity and bioaccumulation, and can be enriched through the food chain and drinking water to interfere with the endocrine system of animals and humans. Currently EDCs constitute an important environmental security hidden danger for the water in the drinking water sources.The study select the PAEs, NP, BPA, EE2, E1 in the drinking water source of the First Water Plant, the drinking water source of the Fourth Water Plant, the drinking water source of the Wang Feng Gang Water Plant and the drinking water source of the Ping Shan Tou Water Plant in Huainan as the study object, detect and analyze the concentration of PAEs, NP, BPA, EE2, El in water by HPLC, study distribution characteristics, sources and harm degree of PAEs, NP, BPA, EE2, E1 in the drinking water sources. The results are as follows:(1) The range of the average concentration of∑4PAEs (DMP, DEP, BBP, DBP) in the drinking water sources is 1.14~1.94μg/L, and the order is following:the drinking water source of the First Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Fourth Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Wang Feng Gang Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Ping Shan Tou Water Plant. PAEs are detected in all the dringking water sources. The concentration of DBP in the drinking water sources are all accord with centralized drinking water standard for surface water sources (GB3838-2002), the standard-reaching rate are all 100%. The total detection rate of DMP, DEP, BBP, DBP in water of the whole study area are respectively 9.10%, 93.9%,97.0%,100%。The average contribution rates of DMP, DEP, BBP, DBP for∑4PAEs in water of the whole study area are in order:1.00%,7.20%,33.5%,58.2%, it shows that PAEs in the drinking water sources of Huainan city is dominated by DBP.(2) The range of the average concentration of NP, BPA, EE2, E1 in the drinking water sources are respectively 0.379~0.439μg/L,0.0460~0.0820μg/L, 0.0880~0.121ng/L,0.210-0.234ng/L; the order are all following:the drinking water source of the First Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Fourth Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Wang Feng Gang Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Ping Shan Tou Water Plant. The total detection rate of NP, BPA, EE2, E1 in water of the whole study area are respectively 100%,100%,54.5%,72.7%.(3) By analysis of experiment data and practice investigation, the PAEs, NP, BPA of water in the drinking water source of the First Water Plant are mainly from industrial wastewater, the EE2, El are mainly from hospital waste water and domestic waste water; The PAEs, NP, BPA of water in the drinking water source of the Fourth Water Plant and the drinking water source of the Ping Shan Tou Water Plant are mainly from industrial and agricultural wastewater, the EE2, E1 are mainly from domestic wastewater; The PAEs, NP, BPA of water in the drinking water source of the Wang Feng Gang Water Plant are mainly from industrial wastewater, the EE2, E1 are mainly from domestic wastewater.(4) Environmental safety evaluation of EDCs in the drinking water sources are studied by evaluation system of multi-pollutants of EPA. The order of total ambient severities (TAS) of EDCs studied in the drinking water sources is following:the drinking water source of the First Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Fourth Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Wang Feng Gang Water Plant> the drinking water source of the Ping Shan Tou Water Plant.The TAS of EDCs studied in the drinking water sources are less than one, it shows the drinking water sources are all in security level. But the drinking water sources may be polluted by many EDCs, the TAS might be more than one, so the effects of EDCs for drinking water sources should be taken seriously by the department responsible.
