In recent years, industry square's surface of Sudong, Xuzhou, Datun and other collieries occur settlement, resulting in more than 40 mine shaft in different degrees of damage to the mine production and posing great threats. As the coal industry square received by the pillar to protect, its surface deformation is produced by non-mining conditions, so quite a few scholars from many disciplines have studied its mechanism.2001, AUST is in collaboration with Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group, the scientific research project:"under the condition of water bearing soft strata in Qidong mine, the law of main building (structures) deformation monitoring".The project adopts the method of monitoring combination of technology and research, getting off work from the non-mining ground settlement mechanism, gets the law of destruction of surface ground deformation; analysis the damage of extensive ground deformation to the main buildings (structures), the main shaft and ground equipment; set up the corresponding prediction model.Ground movement and deformation caused the damage of mine shaft, twisted system, coal processing system will have serious implications for safety. Currently mine production safety is one of the topics of great concern.This study combines the results of the research project,the project's monitoring information obtained with gray theory and improved ground deformation prediction model.Taking coal preparation system for example, focuses on the mechanism of differential settlement, and the law of differential settlement leading to corridor to fracture belt. And uses structural mechanics and engineering mechanics to analysis force conditions, the relationship between differential settlement and the damage of the coal preparation system. And establishes the corresponding mechanical model, combined with steel and security regulations, to determine node security, completed coal processing system's warning model.In this thesis, based on monitoring data,takes Qidong coal processing warning system as an example, warning subsystem's research and development of coal preparation system of ground deformation system in the GIS environment. In this text, uses C# as the programming language, combined with SQLServer database, and ArcGIS Engine secondary development of components for data processing and analysis of coal preparation system, to forecast and warn.
