Slurry is industrial waste water for the use of coal washing and processing showing weakly alkaline colloidal system,long home unsinkable,difficult to settlement.In this paper,the author conducted in-depth research for the reason why the slurry is difficult to flocculate and provide theoretical and practical basis for the promotion of the research results.Through texting the COD,SS,and dynamic potential,specific resistance of sludge and other indicators of slurry this paper analysised the characteristics of slurry and the reasons why the slurry is difficult to flocculate and determine the coagulation treatment options, and has done a coagulant, flocculation Agent screening test;According to the the Pharmacy screening test results,the author do experimental research for the processing solutions using PAM ---- halogen powder method, PAM ---- ash method,by single factor experiments, orthogonal test, verification test,make sure the dosing sequence Dosage, stirring time and stirring speed's influence to the effect of the slurry flocculation and settling and do theoretical analysis and the test of practice for experimental results.The results demonstrate that RAM ---- halogen powder method in the optimal experimental conditions, the water separation rate of 54%, settling velocity of 0.423mm/s, the supernatant:PH = 7.32, SS= 45.46mg/L, COD= 33.27mg/L, specific resistance of sludge was 0.043 x 1013m/ kg; PAM ---- ash method in the optimal experimental conditions, water isolation rate is 47%, sedimentation rate is 0.357mm/s; supernatant:PH= 7.35, SS= 55.57mg/L, COD= 37.72mg/L; sludge specific resistance was 0.062 x 1013m/kg. Water quality can meet the coal washing water closed circulation and external emission standards.PAM ---- halogen powder method is influenced by the concentration of the slurry and is Suitable concentration of less than 35000mg/L of Slurry Treatment.Recommended for secondary coagulation Slurry.PAM ---- halogen powder's treatment is effective, but the cost is higher, is recommended for pressure filtration of coal slurry prior to coagulation; specific application should be determined depending on site conditionsFigure 35table 64 reference 35...
