In settlement of slime water treatment system of coal preparation plant, the size, strength and shape of the flocculation structure directly affects the coal slime water sedimentation of suspended particles clarification effect and subsequent filtering effect, affecting the water quality of the circulating water of coal preparation plant. The current study of slime water coagulation a lot, but the multistage flocculation applied to the settlement of slime water is relatively small.The multiple flocculation technology may improve more the settlement of slime water effect to this kind of high mud difficult processing coal slime water. Based on the flocculation morphology and dynamic, multistage flocculation is proposed on the basis of ways of exploring experiment to determine the feasibility of this method.This article first state the theory on the morphology and kinetics of particles to analysis the principle of particles sedimentation. It simulates the floc structure model witch have three kinds:vold model (ejection condensation model), Sutherland model (reaction control aggregation model) and Witten-Sander model (diffusion control model)with the fractal theory model. This topic proposed that the contact flocculation technology which used in wastewater treatment in the past is applied to coal slime water processing.Contact flocculation technology has achieved good effect in the processing of high concentration of water. Contact flocculation technology can be defined that larger mature flocculation body will adsorpte tiny suspension flocculation on the surface of the body.This provides a new theory for the research of coal slurry flocculation sedimentation process.This article mainly study the properties of high mud slurry with zhu set east coal slime water. It masters particle size and density of raw coal slime and secondary slime by screening test and float and sink sampling.lt understands the composition of coal slurry by XRD analysis technology. We can realize the clay degree by clay test whether waste rock break to pieces to increase the difficulty of the slime water sedimentation.The settling effect of Contact flocculation technology which is named multistage dosing technology is better through the contrast of traditional technology of coagulation sedimentation and multi-stage dosing slime water sedimentation experiment.This test indexs are the settling velocity态light transmittance and sediment height.Finally, DLA model is established by using Matable platform.lt can simulate the process of the grain growth of micro floccules and flocculation body and get different particle number and different forms of simulated floc.Multi-stage dosing technology description based on the theory of contact flocculation is more advantageous to the settlement of slime water compared with the traditional method.
