Health food of pine pollen is made of pine pollen extract of modern preparation, has anti-chemical liver injury effects.Use the breakage rate, total flavonoids as the index, we adopt orthogonal design method to optimize pine pollen broken technology. Select the best broken process between mechanical grinding and enzymolysis, and the enzymolysis has a higher broken rate. Enzyme amount and enzymolysis temperature have the effect on the broken process of pine pollen; the optimum mixture broken process is as follows:enzymolysis 60 mins, the amount of Cellulase was 0.5%, the amount of Pectinase was 1%, and the enzymolysis temperature was 40℃. After optimization the broken process was stable,reasonable. This experiment also compared the Enzymolysis and water extraction by soluble solids and the amount of total flavonoids. Compared with the method of water extraction, the soluble solids of pine pollen increased 138%, the amount of total flavonoids 50%.Formulational prescription was analyzed by the index such as color, taste, flavor of the health drink, and the best prescription was selected. We adopt orthogonal design and merged with combination score method to optimize the formulation. The result followed as:specified quantity of liquid of pine pollen, Liquid of matsuba 1%, citric acid 0.3%, sucrosel%, Ethyl maltol 0.02%o, Preservatives 0.5‰, and then put in appropriate water.Formulational prescriptions were analyzed by the index such as color, taste, rigidity, appearance of the chewing tablets, and the best prescription was selected. We adopt orthogonal design and merged with combination score method to optimize the formulation. The result followed as:specified quantity of extract, appropriate 90% ethanol, lactose 60%, aspartame 30%, citric acid 2%o, magnesium stearate 0.5%, adjust tablet weight by Mannitol. With determination, the parameters of flowability and hydroscopicity of dry granulas, we find the naked tablets qualified.We adopt TLC to identify pine pollen in quality criteria research. Contrast medicinal materials and sample solution have the same spots in the corresponding position, the color is clear, no negative interference, and separation is good. We used Polyamide-UV to determine the content of total flavonoids, the Method is reliable and simple. The result of functional assessment experiments indicated that the health drink has anti-chemical liver injury effects.
