Studies On Pine Pollen Broken Technology And Development Of Health Food

Health food of pine pollen is made of pine pollen extract of modern preparation, has anti-chemical liver injury effects.Use the breakage rate, total flavonoids as the index, we adopt orthogonal design method to optimize pine pollen broken technology. We used Polyamide-UV to determine the content of total flavonoids, the Method is reliable and simple.
