Study On Evaluation Of Land-used Eco-environment Based On Remote Sensing Ecological Index In Wanzai County

The ecological environment provides a good place for human survival and socio-economic development.The quality of the ecological environment is a measure of the duration of sustainable economic development and a key factor in completing the construction of an ecological civilization.Land use methods,changes in land use structure,the allocation of land indicators,the resulting changes in economic development space,and the adjustment of industrial structure will all affect the quality of the ecological environment.Therefore,a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the ecological environment in the process of land use has important guiding significance for timely understanding of the regional ecological environment and the formulation of corresponding governance and protection measures.This paper takes Wanzai County as a research area,uses ENVI remote sensing image processing system and Arc GIS geographic information system and other software based on the quantitative analysis of land use characteristics to explore the temporal and spatial changes of land use types,and uses the new remote sensing ecological index RSEI Empirical research on the ecological environment change trend of the county from 1990 to 2018,and systematically analyze the ecological environment change process and pattern under the effect of land use.The main research contents include: firstly,using Arc GIS software,the remote sensing images of Wanzai County in 1990,2000,2009 and 2018 are processed to obtain the land use status of the fourth phase of Wanzai County,the six types of land transfer matrix and dynamic changes Data,on this basis,analyze the characteristics of the six types of land structure changes,spatial changes,and type conversion.Secondly,the ENVI software was used to obtain the greenness,humidity,heat,and dryness indexes of Wanzai County in various periods,and the RSEI index was obtained after the principal component transformation.Based on this analysis,Wanzai County was analyzed in 1990,2000,2009,and 2018 Of the ecological environment quality and its changes.Finally,the relationship between land use type structure changes and ecological environment changes in the year of Wanzai County is analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions for improving the land use and ecological environment quality in Wanzai County are proposed.After research and analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The land use types of Wanzai County are mainly forest land and cultivated land.The more obvious characteristics of land use are: the area of forest land and construction land continues to increase;the area of cultivated land and grassland decreases significantly.The six types of land are transferred into and out of each other more frequently,and the conversion between forest land,grassland,cultivated land and construction land is more intense.(2)The increase of greenness and humidity index can improve the ecological environment quality of Wanzai County;the increase of heat and dryness index will deteriorate the ecological environment quality of Wanzai County.From 1990 to 2018,the RSEI of Wanzai County showed an "up-down-up" trend.None of the land ecological grades accounted for more than 50% of the area,and the number of land areas of the five ecological grades also increased and decreased.The environmental quality is not high and unstable.(3)Changes in the quality of the ecological environment caused by land use show a trend of improvement and deterioration.Among all land types,the greater the proportion of ecological land in the area,the better the local ecological environment quality,and vice versa.From the perspective of the effect of land use change on the ecological environment,the increase in the area of forest land,grassland,water and unused land will improve the regional ecological environment quality,while the increase in cultivated land and construction land will reduce the regional ecological environment quality.Based on the above conclusions,from the perspective of the constant demand for land from social and economic development and the improvement of the ecological environment,this article proposes the following policy recommendations: One is to steadily promote the sustainable and healthy development of forest land and maintain the continuous force of the forest on the improvement of the ecological environment.The second is to increase the protection of cultivated land and maintain the dynamic balance of the total amount.The third is to strictly control the increment of construction land and improve the ecological quality of construction land.The fourth is to adhere to the guidance of government organizations and enhance the awareness of the whole people.Fifth,increase dynamic monitoring to maintain the balance and stability of various types of land.
