| Lacquer is a culture derived from and had closely relation with the people's life of the Yi nationality as well as a symbol of civilization legacy. It has been widely used in production and life of the Yi nationality, but with the mutual infiltration of Han and Yi culture, the character of this unique traditonal handcraft was slowly weakend and gradully out of the sight of the people。Guezala as the settlement of the people of Yi nationality in Panzhihua city, it should have unique characteristic, but with the construction and development of mordern city, its national native culture has been assiminated ulterly. In order to protect its native culture, we need to design culture product with its unique character. Therefore, this paper takes present situation and in future of development strategy as the starting point and views promotion of economic growth as the purpose. Research and design of lacquer has been undertaken. Lacquer is virgin in panzhihua, therefore, it has great potential for research and design of lacquer products, and special significance to protect traditional national culture.The present situtation of lacquer handcrafts has been illustrated firstly, and then the exsiting problems has been put forward and the significance of this paper was introduced. This paper was composed of Panzhihua characteristics and native culture background of Guezala, analysis of research and design on products with characteristic and Guezala scenic and lacquer design in Guezala. From the analysis of manufacturing process of lacquer, modelling characteristics and decorative pattern, the unique aesthetic has been introduced and illustrated with writing and analysis as well as using visual images. Then, there is a logo redesign of Guezala Scenic based on contracting the culture elements of the Yi nationality, innovation and shape of lacquer on the basis of unique plant in Guezala as well as improvement of decorative pattern of lacquer. |
