The construction process of gas drilling engineering is complex, a great impact on the surrounding environment, it is necessary to carry out environmental supervision work. In the process of environmental supervision, realize the transformation by qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation, is the environmental supervision the most important.This paper establish the index system of environmental supervision in gas drilling engineering; develop expert system of environmental supervision in gas drilling engineering, the expert system evaluate quantitatively the construction unit about the implementation of all kinds of environmental protection measures, environmental risk prevention measures, and the Carrying out of "three simultaneousness" on the environmental protection facilities, draw evaluation conclusion; and this system is applied to a gas drilling engineering.Through expert opinions surveys, this thesis synthetically environmental elements and the complicated relations between each element of gas drilling engineering were considered, multiple engineering examples were combined, AHP was adopted, the index system was constructed, which include target layer(high-sulfur gas drilling engineering), criterion layer(the factors atmosphere, water, noise, solid waste, regional eco—environment, water and soil conservation, environmental risks.), index layer (dust removal effect, the standardization of well control device and the gas pressure control, transport vehicle exhaust emission pass rate and 31 specific indexes such as)sub-criterion layer; expert system theory was used, develop expert system of environmental supervision in gas drilling engineering, user interface, comprehensive knowledge base, database, and inference engine four modules, the knowledge needed in the category, the source, the acquisition modes and expression way in comprehensive knowledge base was constructed, inference engine was established by deductive reasoning(fuzzy reasoning) and positive inference tactic.Expert system of environmental supervision in high-sulfur gas drilling engineering was established in Windows operating system environment, was used the modularity software design method and software programming language VB 6.0. A environmental supervision in gas drilling engineering is taken as the research object, the system can also be used to other engineering. Application shows that this system and the engineering environmental supervision practice is basically the same conclusion; user interface is friendly, with good usability, simplicity and flexibility.
