| Hydraulic support is an important safety support device on the coal mining face. The hydraulic support safety management is the focus safety management work in the mine. Recently, the focus of hydraulic support safety management is to ensure that the related operation, maintenance and repair personnel of hydraulic support to comply with the various regulations and practices criterion. At present, in the application and research of hydraulic support, an effective evaluation method, which can reflects the safety status and level of hydraulic support on demand, and provide theoretical basis for safety management personnel of hydraulic support is absent.In this thesis, Fault Tree Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method were applied to study a fuzzy expert system that combines the relevant knowledge and practical experience of machine experts and safety experts to conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation of hydraulic support. Hydraulic support fault tree system and hydraulic support safety evaluation indicator system were prepared, and a combination of qualitative and quantitative level analysis method was used to determine the weight of each factor in the indicator system. The fuzzy expert system was used in accordance with the data of 161 ZZ6400/18/38 hydraulic supports on the Gubei 12421 (1) coal mining face of Huainan Gubei coal mine.The conclusions obtained by fault tree system analysis and evaluation can intuitively reflect the hydraulic support machinery safety state, and assist maintenance personnel to do related work.The conclusions obtained by system comprehensive safety evaluation reflect four aspects of hydraulic support safety status include man, machine, environment and management, and it provides the focus and direction of safety management in a certain period for the hydraulic support safety manager. System can provide fuzzy matching to hydraulic support fault keywords, and can given fault description and corresponding control measures according to storing knowledge and definite deduction strategies. |
