Synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater, with high color, high salt content, COD at high concentrations, ammonia concentrations higher characteristic,is very hard to be treatmented. Single treatment facility can not treat it to meet the national standards, engineering technology often used in a variety of ways of combining them for processing. By studying the pre+UASB+ SBR in the real application, visit theremoval of this joint process on the synthesis of pharmaceutical waste water in color, salinity, COD concentration, the concentration of ammonia removal, etc,and to determine the effective operation conditions of the reactor, examined the treatment tank started to run during the influencing factors. Project commissioning of the results proved that this combination process of pharmaceutical manufacturing wastewater discharged by enterprises have a good treatment effect, the targets are met the water, "Chemical Synthesis of pharmaceutical industrial water pollutant discharge standards"(GB 21904-2008) Requirements.The results show that:(1)pharmaceutical wastewater, with high concentrations of pollutants and complex composition, including toxic and hazardous substances, can cause serious damage to the ecological environment. By pretreatment+UASB+SBR combination process such waste, color, COD concentration, ammonia concentration can be removed by a high removal rate. Project proves that the process is efficient, inexpensive, and simple management, is a more ideal treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater process.(2) Pretreatment of the three-effect evaporation of the water mold after the evaporation of condensate can remove almost all the wastewater color, salt can go to get rid of 90%. Its COD, ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 30%,70%. Overall, the pretreatment stage of wastewater treatment efficiency with good(3) Start early, UASB influent concentration and the amount of water to gradually increase from small to big, initial concentration can not be too high, it generally is 1000mg/L or so, increased the range of 300-500mg/L. The starting of UASB took 40 days. During stable operation, the temperature is 30-35℃, HRT is 3d, COD influent concentration is 12600mg/L or so, the effluent concentration maintain 3500mg/L or so, the removal rate is about 70%(4) In the influent of SBR,pH is 6.5-7.0, the average influent COD concentration is 1200mg/L, average effluent concentration is 75mg/L, removal efficiency of 94%; ammonia influent concentration averaged 85mg/L, average effluent concentration is 19mg/L, removal rate is 77%.During the operation of pre-UASB-SBR,waste water color and salinity are reduced in the pretreatment process;COD concentration is reduced in the pretreatment, anaerobic treatment, aerobic treatment process; ammonia concentration can be reduced by pretreatment, aerobic treatment. After the combination process, the water is clear, COD concentration from 18000mg/L down to 75mg/L, the removal rate was 99.6%;ammonia concentrations from 340mg/L down to 19mg/L, the removal rate was 94.4%.Practice has proved that the joint pre-UASB-SBR process has good treatment effect on the synthesis of pharmaceutical waste.
