The Dense Suspension Density's Auto-control System In The Coal Preparation Plant Of Linhuan

As the coal preparation technology and equipment innovation,automation technology development, the level of automation coal preparation plant is also getting higher and higher.It has developed from monitoring production equipment and process parameter and alarming incidences to control and adjust equipment and technological parameter automaticly.The main principle of dense media preparation:It depends on controlling the density of suspension to separate different products. If the density of suspension can not be controlled and adjusted in demand, then it will affect the separation consequent seriously. Therefore, measuring and adjusting the density of suspension is critical. In the process of dense media preparation, it needs to keep on detecting and adjusting the coal preparation process parameters,which can ensure the quality and quantity of product stability and ensure the the process of production safely. Control the density of suspension is crucial, it not only should keep quick and stable when the outside condition is disturbed, and should regulate voluntarily when the compositions of raw coal change. The content of slime in suspension not only affects the stability of suspensions, but also affects the size of the density of suspension. The stability of density control system directly affect the quality level of product and the density of the suspension control system demand high, so the general coal preparation plant control it alone. Therefore, it is necessary to design a qualified control system. In this paper, according to the background of Eastern Linhuan coal preparation plant density control system and the base of studying coal preparation automatic control theory, design the control system of Linhuan coal preparation plant density suspension.First, this paper describes the development situations of dense media preparation in the control parameter at home and abroad and introduces engineering background, then by a concrete example to design the density automation of dense suspension control system. This paper use the current advanced PLC control system, Therefore, because the module to be extended comfortably, it is used generally; field instrument and control valve selection is the key to ensure system design. And finally design the ladder procedures used by concept v2.6 and monitoring of the screen used by fix in host computer.
