This thesis applied the theoretical analysis of safety systems engineering coal mine safety management status at home and abroad in order to "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and the provinces, "Coal Mine Safety Rules for the Implementation of quality standards and inspection standards for rating approach" based on established evaluation index system for coal mine safety, that is, coal mining, tunneling, mechanical and electrical, transport, ventilation, safety, measuring the prevention and treatment of water, scheduling, and security education and training of eight safety evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the use of mathematical model has been the safety evaluation index system leve(1,2,3) weighting factor, and came to a professional evaluation of eight different security levels (excellent, qualified and unqualified), and mine safety levels (1,2,3), application of gray system theory of mine safety evaluation of the results of the decision-making prediction. Application of VB programming language and the Access database development and research of coal mine safety evaluation of software, achieved a coal mine safety evaluation of the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and trend prediction. The software has been applied to a mine in Huainan.
