| With the rapid development of gas industry, the safety issues of gas operation have been highlighted. Particularly safety incidents in gas wells have occurred. Because of the characteristics of gas, accidents generally have serious consequences, affecting a large range, so the effective prevention of the occurrence of incidents in gas well becomes into the current problem that needs addressing.In this paper, use man-machine-environment system as the gas well research object, systematic analyze and do research for safety degree of man-machine-environment system. Based on the in-depth study which combined the cause of the accident and the law to find out the effects of man, machine,environment, and management and other factors to accidents.Through analyzing risk factors of gas wells, as well as accident statistics, to determine the principal factors which weaken the safety of gas wells. Combined with the actual situation of Gas Group, construct safety evaluation index system system of gas wells, and use AHP to determine the weight of each index.Based on the psychological theory of human behavior, identify the reasons which leading to human errors, and propose ways and methods for achieving safety. Use ergonomical analysis and reliability analysis to conduct a study on machines, and point out factors that affect the safety of machinery in gas well and the methods and measures which are be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk factors. According to the environment, the main task is to analyze how these special environmental factors affect the system safety, such as air pollution in gas wells, operating environment, color and lighting, work space, and then put forward measures and methods for improving environmental safety.In this paper, use safety system engineering theory as the theoretical basis, point out it is the principle for realizing man-machine-environment system safety. Discuss risk management from the hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control and other aspects. The traditional control method of risk is used for identifying the dangers of hazards and evaluating their risk when the project is completed, and then by installing additional safety devices to enhance management and other means to control the risk, the effect is limited to a great extent.In this paper, though studying methods of accidents prevention and task safety management principles in gas wells, established multi-level gray evaluation model of gas wells. By comparising the standard of gas at home and abroad, combined with our design standards of gas, quantify safety evaluation index of gas well system, make the safety factors clear. quantify abstract elements, and then through calculating and comparing, for gas wells comprehensive evaluate. the paper use the methods and principles of experiments design to arrange selected indexes, determine the influence on the overall objective caused by the interaction between two indexes and each index, and propose measures to promote the safety degree of gas wells. |
