In order to provide basic theory for algae cells'(Chlorella Vuganis Bey FACHB-31) cultural conditions, rising of pollutants'removal rates and the practical application for the treatment of wastewater(ammonia plant wastewater), four experiments'groups were studied. They were the basic growth analysis of algae cells, comperehensive tests of temperature and light intensity conditions, algae cells' parameters change for different concentrations of wastewater on the conditions of 25℃and 5000 lx and OD680nm and Ch1 growth thermodynamics of algae cells on the 120 h conditions respectively. The main conclusion as following:(1) The best cultivation conditions of algal cells were 25℃and 5000 lx.(2) Algal cells'physical growth would be disordered because of temperature lower than 15℃or higher than 30℃and light intensity lower than 0 lx or higher than 6600 lx, what more, the higher temperature or light intensity could cause algal cells'functional damaged.(3) Algal cells' removal rates of COD and NH3-N for 100% group could achieve 95.6% and 0% after 192 hours'cultivation, on the conditions of 25℃and 5000 lx.(4) The growth of algal cells was inhibited by wastewater and the inhibition could be reinforced as the concentration of wastewater decreased on the conditions of 25℃and 5000 lx. The algal cells'adaptation period time set apart of 25%,50%, 75%,100% groups were 72 h,72 h,120 h,120 h respectively.(5) Algal cells'photosynthesis cessation time set apart of 25%,50%,75%, 100% groups were 144 h,144 h,144 h,72 h respectively on the conditions of 25℃and 5000 lx and the pollutants were degraded by algal cells'with the help of long heterotrophically after the cessation of photosynthesis.(6) The damage of 100% group to algae cells' photosynthesis were strong on the conditions of 25℃and 5000 lx. In the study, the concentration limit of wastewater was 75% and 50% groups'and the 75% group had following research potential. (7) The change of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Y' and rETR) was abnormal. This was because the wastewater had damage to the photosynthesis of algae cells. The change of Y' and rETR had no relationship with Chi.(8) The BG-11 group'growth thermodynamics curve was approximate to linear function on the conditions of 5000 lx and 120 h. High temperature could make algae cells'thermodynamics slope negative.
