Chlorella is naturally single-celled algae and its culture is expensive.Ash washing water is rich in anion and silicon dioxide. With ash washing water and primary treatment effluent of sewage plant as the substrate,Chlorella was cultured to realize the wastewater reuse and reduce the cultivation cost of the chlorella micrococcus. The growth of chlorella micrococcus in the ash washing water and primary treatment effluent of sewage plant and its treatment effect was studied,The main conclusions in this paper are as follows:(1)In a mixture of ash water and primary treatment effluent,on different days,5 to 10 days the most suitable for the growth of chlorella, chlorella cell growth rate is the largest, most cumulative increase of biomass; In the 0-5 days, the cell growth rate of chlorella was also high, which was slightly lower than that in th,e 5-10 days.In the 10-15 days, the growth of chlorella was obviously inhibited, with the lowest growth rate and the lowest accumulation of biomass.Chlorella growth was the best in a mixture wastewater of 20%ash washing water, the biomass accumulation of 1?2 day was faster,4 day was into steady growth.The.growth rate is highest in the 8 day, which was 0.208/d.(2)In the process of the chlorella growth,of calcium, magnesium, and silicon dioxide had a different degree of decline in ash washing water and primary treatment water mixture. In the 20%ash washing water mixture, calcium, hardness and silica removal rate were 2.2%,6.2%and 19.4%,respectively.Chlorella has a certain removal effect of calcium, magnesium, and silicon dioxide in the waste water.
