The Modeling And Simulation Of Explosion-proof Truck

Explosion-proof truck is a important auxiliary transportation equipment for underground mines. Because it has no limitation about the pathway, so it has many advantages, such as strong adaptability,great maneuverability,high safety and efficiency and so on. A mining explosion-proof dump truck, owing to its severe working environments, it's easy to rollover when it is unloading, so this has become a important problem to be solved in the reserach.The period of constructing physical prototype is long, and the cost is high. Therefore, the virtual prototype technology of dump truck has been applied in this paper. first the virtual prototype of product on computer has been built, and the dynamic simulation analysis according to different conditions has been processed to predicts the product performance. This method not only provide references for the product design, but also help to shorten the period of product design and reduce the cost.A Explosion-proof truck has been researched in this paper for example, and the virtual prototype technology and multibody system dynamic analysis method are combined:Using the 3D modeling software Pro/E to build models of all the parts of the Explosion-proof truck, and complete the assembly of the whole model.When the whole 3D digital model is copleted, the author begin to explore the joint simulation between the two softwares, they are Pro/E and ADAMS. The main job is to difine the Explosion-proof truck as some subsystems according to the actual kinetic relation, and use mechanism/pro to realize the joint simulation between this two softwares.To build the dynamic model of the dump truck, and carry on simulation analysis according to the actual operating condition to obtain simulation result, and examine the function of the whole model.The simulation analysis and research made in this paper can provide references for reducing the rollover when the dump truck is unloading. At the same time, it has the theoretical reference meaning to the simulation of other mechanical systems.
