Research On Countermeasures Of Industry Pollution Reduction In Jilin Province

At present, Jilin economic and social sustainable development is facing serious challenges of industrial pollution.Therefore, pollution reduction has become an important task in Jilin Province'the current and future economic and social development. This paper surveys the current industrial pollution of Jilin province, with learning and analysising the advanced experience of foreign pollution reduction and the data of industrial pollution, to find measures to solve the industrial pollution problem.This article is divided into six parts:The first part, introduction, reduction of industrial pollution in the background, purpose and meaning, content and writing the main ideas and research situation described.The second part of the related concepts of pollution reduction, Introduction to basic theory and methods. Mainly on the concept of pollution reduction, basic theory and mitigation measures are described.The third part, studying the pollution reduction practices of developed countries, learning developed countries'experience from the economic,legal and administrative instruments, to provide ideas for the proposed mitigation measures.The fourth part, by analysising the pollution reduction in Jilin Province According to research and information, we find many problemsâ‘ high energy consumption, high emission industries discharge sewage seriously;(2)Industrial pollution abatement infrastructure is too few;â‘¢inadequate funding of industrial pollution reduction;â‘£industrial pollution reduction technology is not strong enough.And we analysis the reasons for such questions.The fifth part, analysising the industrial pollution reduction efficiency.Collecting the relevant data if JiLin province and most provinces and cities, based on the data envelopment analysis, obtaine the value of industrial pollution reduction efficiency of Jilin Province from 2007 to 2009, and compared with most provinces and cities of our cuntries, To get a correct understanding of the province of industrial pollution reduction efficiency and comparison among the most provinces and cities.The sixth part, based on the experience in the above reference, the actual investigation and analysis of empirical basis points, this paper promote seven strategies of industrial pollution reduction measures to solve industrial pollution reduction problem in Jilin Province.
