In this paper, the magnetic poeder used as a raw material, which has been purified from the inexpensive fly ash, treating the piggery wastewater, which is a strategy of controlling waste by waste, has the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency. The thesis studied on the factors affecting the effect of the treatment and their affected directions. First using single factor analysis method determined coagulation processing basic experimental condition, the flocculant type and dosage, then determined the main influence factor by orthogonal experiment, and analyzed comprehensively the action mechanism of influence factorsWhen the raw water quality is COD 2064~3054 mg/L,SS 300-450mg/L turbidity 220~271 NTU, the magnetic coagulants are composed of magnetic powder,PAC and PAM, the dosage is 1.2~1.8 g/L,0.06~0.08 g/L,3 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of COD,SS and turbidity are 63.52%,58.33% and 78.60%. Piggery wastewater with different concentrations requires appropriate adjustment the reagent dosage. The thesis show that pulverized coal ash magnetism poeder to the pig farm waste water suspended particulate and the rubber carriage pollutant has the good flocculent precipitate performance, simultaneously may except the majority of turbidities and the chromaticity. The magnetic field separation method can separate the magnetic flocs effectively, which overcome the high gradient magnetic separator to the electric power supply dependence, achieves the good treatment effect. Indicated by this law to the kitchen sewage treatment experiment that, magnetism flocculation-magnetic field separation method has the good purification settleability, the emulsified oil in the water sample also has the obvious removal efficiency.
