Tetrahydroisoxazole, also known as isoxazolidine, are five-heterocyclic saturated compounds. Because most of these compounds have good biological activity and low toxicity or even non-toxic, they have a great potential usage in biological medicine, pesticide and other fields. As a result, much attention has been attracted to the synthesis of their derivatives or analogues. In recent years, numerous studies show that the oxazoline ring with different substituents have a significant impact on its biological activity. Because of Asymmetric phosphate have high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum insecticide, etc., and with heterocyclic compounds have biological activities, people have paying more attention to them. Because of its hydrophobicity, electronic effect and steric effect can change the nature of the parent compound, so we will introduce phosphate to oxazole heterocycles in order to improve the activity and find out more higher activity of active compounds. In this paper, we study the group effect on the cycloaddition reaction of vinyl phosphate and nitrone. We synthesize of a series of tetrahydroisoxazole compounds by introducing electron withdrawing group such as ester group. The structures of target compounds have been confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
