| The synthesis and properties of oxidated N-dodecyl glucosimine nitrone were studied in this thesis.Oxidated N-dodecyl glucosimine nitrone was synthesized for two steps .In the first step, the intermediate N-dodecyl glucosimine was prepared,using glucose and dodecamine and the molar ration of sugar to amine was 1:1.3,at 40℃for 4 hours.The reaction was controlled by determinating the transformation rate of glucose,which was 80%.In the second step, the intermediate was reacted with oxidizing agent H2O2 and buffering agent NaHCO3.The reaction temperature should be controlled between 0~5℃for 3 hours,then controlled bellow 55℃for 20 hours in the anhydrous condition.All the time the reaction was protected by N2.The yeild of oxidated N-dodecyl glucosimine nitrone after purification was 60%.The structures of target products was characterized with IR,1HNMR and elementary analysis.The properties of Oxidated N-dodecyl glucosimine nitrone were also studied.The results of its biodegradability,capability of resistance against hard water, thickening and bubble showed that its biodegradability was very good, the capability of resistance against hard water was ideal, it has a certain degree of thickening, foaming sound and foam stability when it was compounding with the AES and ammonium.Oxidated N-dodecyl glucosimine nitrone was mixed with acidic solutions and the properties in decreasing surface tension, emulsification and moisturing were studied.The results showed that oxidated N-dodecyl glucosimine nitrone mixture did well in decreasing surface tension and emulsification ,as well as moisturing. |
