Synthesis On Novel Isoiminosugar From D-xylose

In this thesis, based on the review of the kinds and synthetic methods of the azasugars in recent years, the synthetic methods for the azasugars from D-xylose have been investigated and established. Some new azasugars and a sercies new compounds have been syntheticed using the new method. The main achievements are obtained as follows:1. Compound 1 was prepared from xylose using two kinds protective group, and then OTs was replaced by the sodunm azide, depretected the protection, and then reacted with PPh3 in THE Row 1: Row 2:2. Nitromethyl-C-β-D-xyloside was synthetized after multi-step reaction from xylose, then regioselectivity tosylation under Bu2SnO condition gave the compound 2, compounds 3.4.5 were prepared from 2 by Mannich reaction. In the thesis, six new compounds were synthesized, and all the compounds are new compounds, All the new compounds were tested and verified by HR-MS, NMR,13C NMR, IR spectra.
