The technology of deep profile control and oil displacement is developing whose main techniques have been basically formed, and some oil field has achieved great progress from local practice over the past twenty years. The work's direction is gradually realize transformation from the pure increase oil measures to enhanced oil recovery, from single well to the overall block deep profile control and oil displacement, and from pilot tests to scale implementation, which can make it become important auxiliary means to improve old oilfield development effect, enhanced efficiency, consolidate and stable foundation and conversion development way.Basic principle of deep profile control and oil displacement is to increase the recoverable reserves and enhanced oil recovery as the target, to stabilize and increase per well production as foundation, with economic benefits as the center, with point to an area, model first, step-by-step, gradually formed supporting technology, standards, norms and related economic policy, and constantly perfect redevelopment technical route and connotation.The injection-production system improved constantly and formation pressure recover gradually after five times integrated adjustment in Shen 84-An 12 block of Jing Anpu oil field. But because of high reservoirs aeolotropy, "three contradictions" of reservoir is still outstanding under existing technology conditions. Through extensive investigating and evaluation researching, the technology of deep profile control and oil displacement is an effective way to improve development effect and enhanced oil recovery at present. Therefore, the potential block is optimized and redevelopment experiment project is compiled of deep profile control and oil displacement in Shen 84-An 12 block.Jing 67-59 level four fault block is selected as pilot area for Shen 84-An 12 block redevelopment of deep profile control and oil displacement. Injection-production well network apply the two sets of network in reservoir engineering plan, that is the profile control and oil displacement well network of lower series of strata is five points injection-production patterns nets with ten injection and twenty-two production whose well spacing is 150m, and injection well network of upper series of strata is irregular pointlike injection-production patterns nets with nine injection and twelve production. The dynamic monitoring include pressure monitoring, plane tracer monitoring, longitudinal profile-log monitoring, liquid producing profile and saturation monitoring.etc, which can master adjustable flooding affected conditions. In profile control formula system, because of existing bibulous situation of high permeability reservoirs in injection wells, injecting method is used of cross-link polymer gel take along pre-pay angiocardiography expansion particles which can block off high permeability advantage channel. In oil displacement formula system, SMG is selected for deep profile control and oil displacement whose particle size match with reservoir pore throat. The sub-mm level is used in the lord slug and the microns level is used in the rearmounted slug. Three slugs are divided to injecting in plan and the size is designed of 0.3 PV. The injecting concentration and injecting velocity should be properly adjusted according to changing of parameters such as stress.etc in actual injection process, and the collaborative complexation of profile control and oil displacement is brought into full express for best results.The SMG profile control and oil displacement can realize enhanced 5.23% oil recovery, and increase 7.24×104t oil production in 10 years.
