It separable becomes the ion according to the structure and the non-ionic surface active agent, the alkyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether is one kind of non-ionic surface active agent, nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether (n) is most common one kind, it is the second big kind of surface active agent, all has the application in the very many profession domain.It may produce the nonyl phenol and the glycol after the degeneration, but the nonyl phenol toxicity also must be bigger than the nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether itself toxicity,It belongs to one kind of female hormone class material, once organism takes in, can to the growth growth, the water body environment, the nature as well as the life brings the very big injury.Already the public proclamation prohibition increased the nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether class material in many countries in the lavation thing, because its hazardous nature was very big, therefore already brought to the domestic and foreign researcher's attention, So it is necessary to find a moniter way of the nonyl phenol,s content and composition change . Mainly with the physical law, the chemical process, the biological law as well as the other means, Instrumental analysis is is widely used, Owing to Gas chromatography,s price cheaper than the others , it is mainly because of simplify operation and exact analyse, In view of merits,so we research to APEO use Gas chromatography in our experiments.Nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether (n) is the nonyl phenol,s and the alkoxy addition reaction ,one kind of molecular weight big, the boiling point high, dissolves in the water polar molecule, and along with the alkoxy number difference, its related chemical property is also changing.Based on these characteristics as well as the nature, in this article, we select nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether most commonly used NP-6, NP-7 and the NP-10 achievement study representative, experimental procedure have four stages: Option of optimal pyrolysis conditions, Qualitative investigation, Quantitative analysis method, Practical application。By experimental reach, Option of optimal pyrolysis conditions: Temperature 120-125℃,Hydriodic acid concentration 33%,Time7h,Normal hexane is extractant, repeatability is good ,Feasibility; Qualitative investigation reach to NP-6 , NP-7 and NP-10, finally indicated in the decomposition gas chromatography the characteristic peak correspondence is the nonyl phenol, tallies with the theory decomposition.In the decomposition condition foundation, separately from the returns-ratio, the linear equation, the decomposition rate as well as picks out limits the inspection, conducts the quantitative investigation to three kind of nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether; Quantitative analysis method, NP-7:the linear equation is y=12222x,R~2=0.9821,the percent recovery is 79%,the detection limit is 0.90mg/mL;NP-6:the linear equation is y=11748x+1584.3,R~2=0.986 ,the percent recovery is 69%,the detection limit is 0.72mg/mL;NP-10: the linear equation is y=13820x,R~2=0.926,the percent recovery is 72%,the detection limit is 0.69 mg/mL. Through exploration and experimental result of four stages, I hope that provide scientific basis for application and monitoring of Nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxide ether in the future.
