Aluminum has been widely used in various areas in the national economy because of its light weight, high strength, easy molding, and good corrosion resistance. As the demand for diversified and personalized aluminum increases in construction industry, aluminum manufacturing enterprises must respond to market demand quickly in order to survive. In order to improve the automation level of Electrophoresis production lines and respond to market demand quickly, Nanping Aluminum plant decides to make technological transformation to the existing electrophoresis production line. According to the actual demand of Nanping Aluminium plant, the thesis proposes the solution for real-time monitoring system based on virtual instrument.According to the overall arrangement, hardware configuration of the distributing control system, proposes the whole solution for real-time monitoring system based on virtual instrument. The thesis proposes two layers compound PLC control network structure based on Industrial Ethernet. This network links Industrial control computer and the PLC controllers of three production lines, realizing the configuration of automatic control equipments of system through programming software RSLogix 500 and communication software RSLinx. Utilized the figures and functions of LabWindows/CVI software which can make pictures and images etc., we implement the man-machine interaction interfaces which could follow and modify the document information of the bar parkings, supervise the change of the main technology parameter of production line, monitor and control bridge cranes,the transfer carriages and conveyor chain, and record and memory the system parameters and alarm information. Based on the crane scheduling's characteristic of the system, the thesis proposes the dynamic scheduling algorithm based on variable priority and realizes the algorithm combined with scheduling rule. The automatic supervise system of the aluminium electrophoresis production line has a friendly interface and perfect function. The test in the scene indicates that the system runs reliably, steadily and its production efficiency is high.The development of the system makes it possible to monitor the indicators of production process, process parameters far away from the production line, which improves the automation level of the production line and provides a good mirror for the further technological transformation.
