As one of the hotspot in the fields of meteorological information services, the refined forecasting results on the three scales of space, time and elements. The rapid development of computer technology and numerical calculation is to achieve the basic conditions of refined forecasting. The timing, location, quantitative characteristics of refined forecasting provide local residents and visitors with more accurate and convenient weather forecast service.The marine meteorological forecasting is broadcasting in the specified period of time and sea within the expected oceanographic and meteorological conditions. With deepened, human demand for marine resources and marine natural disasters in recent years growing to become extremely urgent for the marine meteorological forecasting, from a diversification point of view of the time density, spatial resolution and indicator elements of the marine meteorological forecast put forward higher requirements. At present, conventional meteorological indicators are using different models and marine meteorological indicators, yet the lack of a well-functioning integrated platform.GFS, full name of the Global Forecasting System, launched by the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) global numerical weather forecasting model; WW3is the third generation of waves by the U.S. National Centers for Environmental Prediction NCEP WAM model.According to the currently existing defects and the actual demand, try combined with elements of GFS and WW3mode data integration weather and waves elements of the refined forecasting platform, Model Builder to achieve the conversion from grib2data to netCDF data and the use of C#reflection technology to achieve netCDF dataread and use map services from Google Map, and finally using GIS technology to achieve the visual display of the refined forecasting and operating changes, a wave elements of meteorological elements integrated refined forecasting platform, to provide up to168hours(ie7days), refined forecast. On this basis, the actual observation of the combination of automatic weather station data, and refined forecasting data compared, conducive to the actual modifications and perfect.
