As the world's rapid economic development, people's demand for oil is rapidly increasing.Our country is active in the conduct of the South China Sea oil development, while theexploitation of oil resources in the land is carrying out. Oil resources in South China Sea aremainly distributed in the depth of200m to500m of the sea, Guyed Tower Offshore Platformis most suitable for the waters from economic, security and other aspects. Therefore, the studyof Guyed Tower Offshore Platform is particularly important. Marine platform itself isexpensive, if it is shutdown for earthquake damage, not only huge economic losses caused,but also easily lead to serious secondary disasters. Different from the structures in the land,ocean structure during an earthquake should be considered in the seismic structure of theprocess fluid on the role.This article analysis Guyed Tower Offshore Platform in South China Sea with ANSYSfinite element under seismic. The main contents include:1. Modeling of Truss model and Beam model by Finite elementModeling with Pipe59,Link10,Mass21that supplied by Finite element software ANSYS.Form-finding of the mooring cable.2. Verification of3-D equivalent Beam model and Truss modelModeling the Beam model with the method of Equivalent stiffness. Get the conclusion ofequivalent at the aspects of static, the overall stability and the dynamic characteristics with theanalysis.3. Get the differences between model under the earthquake considering marineenvironment or notIn a separate model under seismic and marine environment of each node under seismicdisplacement, acceleration analysis and comparison, a difference of a larger, especially for theway people live, work platform in which the vertices of the greatest impact. Get theconclusion that marine environment can not be ignored.4. Analysis and comparison under seismic for models of different forms of cable-towerconnectionGet the variation of displacement,acceleration and forces of the models of different formsof cable-tower connection at the effect of El-Centro wave and Artificial wave according toChina's "Seismic Design of Buildings" requirements.
