Reintroduction, an important component of ecological conservation, was the final destination for endangered species after ex situ conservation. At present, a lot of research institutions in the international community be engaged in this new area research. But in our country, this field of study is relatively weak.Rare or endangered plant's reintroduction is a very long and complex process.Cycas debaoensis, an endangered species, Coordinated growth among the reintroduced populations and the establishment of reproducing system by reintroducing were necessary to resolve the main problem of how to rebuild the ecosystems after reintroduction. In this paper, the reconstruction habitats of Cycas debaoensis were studied, and the ecological response were understood through researching plants, soil microbes. The results showed that:1,In July to November, as time goes, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity, in leaves of the seedlings of Cycas debaoensis, increased; catalase(CAT) activity decreased at earlier period and then increased; dehyde(MDA) activity declined; proline activity showed a slow increase trend; the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein showed continuing accumulated trend. According to t he clustering analysis:the seedlings of Cycas debaoensis could be divided into two classes: trees on 5 leaves was a single, with hight environment adaptation; trees on 3 leaves and 4 leaves merged together for a category, with relative adaptability2,The quantity of soil microbes in the reconstruction habitats of Cycas debaoensis showed that:the baeteria>the antinomies> the fungi. Ammonifiers> Nitrogen fixing bacteria> Cellulose decomposing microbes>Nitrifying bacteria. Soil microorganisms had great peak time, involving more in July to Septembe, and the performance of decreasing their amount in November. The amount of soil microbes among the different plants was different obviously.3,The change of soil microbial intensity in the reconstruction habitats of Cycas debaoensis rendered a consistent overall, but moreover effect when their plants had higher biomsaa. It was probably due to the comprehensive influence, which were from to the more biomsaa plants whose had more rich root, and the root surface secretion and off all conducive to the growth of reproduction. The soil microbial intensity were strongest during July to September,it was also the expected resuts corresponding its peak time with number.4,The researeh resuts through statistical analysis indicated that:the relationship between the physiological change of plant and its soil microbial activity was very close. The physiological characteristics of plants in the mass have significant negative contrast with its soil microbial amount, soil microbial function and soil microbial biomass.
