Geo-spatial data is the core competence of the navigation service companies. Navigation service companies often spend much human, financial and material resourses on the production of geo-spatial data. If we can make full user of the multi-resourse geo-spatial data to produce data with better qualities, much money will be saved and better services will offer. This paper draws research on conflation of multi-sources navigable geo-spatial data and navigation service. The main contents and achievements are as following:1. Discussed the three layers of navigable geo-spatial data model, including conceptual model layer, logic model layer and physic model layer, compared several navigable geo-spatial data standards, analyzed the conceptual model of GDF 4.0, and modeled it according to OGC standard geo-spacial model;2. Discussed the matching and conflating methods on two of the most important navigable geo-spatial data, POI(Point Of Interest) and road net, using the measurement and key word matching methods together, good results achieved;3. Researched the organizing and path finding method of the road net data, draw one path finding method on the wide scope, multi-layer and muilti-block road net, which can calculate road with only one time, discussed the crossing expressing with geometry direction;4. Researched on the communication and cashing methods of navigable geo-spatial data draw the idea of intelligent cashing: using asynchronous communication technology, gradually down loading data with priority order and cashing it on the client. Discussed the maintenance of cashing data, and finally evaluated the effect of the above methods;5. Discussed the service and service fusion on the distributed the navigation service. Introduced several typical distribute system application and the navigation service based on it, and discussed the idea of individuation navigation service;6. Produced the AnyInfo Navigation Service Platform, AnyInfo, independently, realized several navigation application.
