| In past few years, LBS and ITS are both the most active economic increase, which have great potential market and application future. The geographic data supporting ITS and LBS are called navigable geographic data, which is short for navigable data. Under the support of uniform technical standard, how to produce standard navigable data set efficiently and on large scale is of great importance for the navigable data producing units. So in this dissertation, the author studies completely and systemically the correlative theory and the key technology of systemic navigable data producing, as follows:1. The systemic study of present model of navigable data and its shortcomings being pointed out. In accordance with the requirements of users, the improvements in navigable data model are carried out in three aspects, such as the establishment of the topology network model for the multilevel roads supporting the program of large area, the establishment of the guide model based on lanes of roads to be used as road guide of lanes for the first time, and the establishment of the traffic network model for the pedestrian to be used as road guide of pedestrian for the first time.2. Basesd on the establishment of the navigable data producing model and the definitude of the requirement for the navigable data producing system, arrangement and component of systemic structure of the navigable data producing system are set up. Then, the flexible interface of navigable data producing system is designed to meet the different interface needs of users. At last, the navigable data producing system is divided into three sub systems and corresponding function structural design is offered.3. The study of the processing technology of navigable data topology. It is proved in the theory for the first time that the partial topology processing is feasible. After that the material realization of partial topology processing is presented. This processing realizes the real time topology processing in editing, which makes up the confine of the traditional topology processing. This dissertation studies the methods of appraisement and improvement for road topology network connectedness, and presents the material realization. The sixty-four-dollar question, connecting the road topology network of all levels in the processing of establishing the multilevel road top net, is solved.4. The study of the integrative management technology of navigable data. Based on the classification of information, respective obtainment and processing methods of data are set up according to the various information, and the various information is used in the period of producing data.
