The paper based on domestic and foreign resistivity method, further discussed the application problem related to the infinite electrode in resistivity metod from the combination of the theory and practice. In view of the different observation device, deduced the different correction formula, and have confirmed the accuracy and superiority of the method in solving the adjustment technology problem through the test.First, this article introduces the basic theory of the electric field, the advantages of various array types, emphatically introduces the features of pole-pole array and pole-dipole array. Secondly, using electrical sounding test in testing area, analyses the similarities and differences between electrical sounding curves of different potential electrode spacing in pole-dipole array; The reason of jagged fluctuations; The influence of sounding data from theinfinite electrode in pole-pole array and pole-dipole array, Introduces the characteristics of different sounding curves. Simple discusses the reasons of appearing negative apparent resistivity. Then base on electric field theory, the apparent resistivity relations between of pole-dipole array and schlumberger array, the apparent resistivity relations between of pole-dipole and pole-pole. Combined with the characteristics of actual detecting array, deduced pole-dipole array Correction formula; under the non-infinity state, pole-pole array correction formula; under the non-infinity state, the non-infinity correction technology of high-density electrical method. Finally, through the sounding curves contrast in test area, the apparent resistivity section contrast of high-density resistivity method and roadway prediction detecting using high-density resistivity method in the practical problems, verifying the effective of correction formula and correction technique.
