The geographical spatial data mass and application of socialization is the important technical challenge which currently the geographic information system technology faces. It is the hotspot and focus of geographic information system areas and fundamental work of constructing the digital city "geographic space information that how to organize, manage and store the Map vector, raster data and multiresolution remote sensing image with GB series of scale for the unit and the real-time navigation, quick location and query, large-scale virtual 3d scene reconstruction, etc, which is receiving more and more attention.With the example of Yingkou coastal economic belt data which is located Liaoning coastal strategic economic belt, to study the key technology of processing of the data, data organization scheduling and system development design from mass data storage management and organizational scheduling start. The main research contents:(1) Introducing the methods of obtaining and manufacturing basic geographic data products: digital ortho image (DOM),Digital elevation model(DEM),Digital line graph(DLG).On the basis of Yingkou existing foundation geographical spatial data , completing the integration of DOM,DLG,DEM ect.(2) According to fast browsing and analysis of mass data and through stratified block, establishing multi-resolution pyramid model organizing data; Extracting data through the LOD technology; Based on the view-dependent data dynamic scheduling algorithm to dispatching data for research. And appling these research on the basis of ArcGlobe to existing Yingkou coastal economic belt geographical spatial data to make the data organization and scheduling of applications sucessful.(3) Based on the platform and developing components includes Microsoft Visual studio 2008 and ArcGIS Engine9.3 development and using C#, developing Yingkou geographical spatial data comprehensive browse system and realizing the display function to image includes fast browsing, three-dimensional roaming and 4D products of superposition .
