As instrumentation development becomes more miniature and intelligent, the control system is at a very important position, it directly determines that instrument can be achieved and the achievement of efficiency. Protein-nucleic acid analytical instrument use capillary electrophoresis technology, which is a rapid developing separate analysis technique in the global industry. To the domestic and international research status and requirements of the Principal, the analyzer based on S3C44B0X is designed. The program is mainly based on S3C44B0X embedded systems to secondary based Labview's PC.The test system consists that the main control module of S3C44B0X, power module, stepper motor control module, temperature control module, voltage control module, pressure control module and so on. With the software functions of Labview, The system achieve storing and displaying the information of various aspects of the experimental, processing report functions. And system manage test data in the database, operator can facilitate search the historical test data.The hardware of embedded systems through the addition of S3C44B0X expansion, including the clock, memory, communication interfaces.Using the signal amplification, signal attenuation, sensor-driven technology, the requirements of the control system are met. The work of embedded system software is uboot, uclinux and user software. Transplantation of uboot and uclinux use summary of the previous method that build an embedded system operating.User software use communication protocol technology, reliability of communications technology, modular technology, to achieve system reliability and stability control. Host computer system is written in Labview software that use database management technology, MD5 encryption technology, curve fitting techniques to ensure system security, data accuracy, and ease of management.The analyzer is based on S3C44B0 and it uses feedback control method for real-timely controlling. Operators need only inputs the necessary information, then the electrophoresis is automatic completed without any intervention of human factors.In the implementation process, every module with each other to achieve the required function of automatic analyzer. The control system achieve the instrument's fully automating, avoiding the impact of human factors on the experiment, improving the accuracy of the experiment. It has broad application prospects.
