With the development of the green energy, the industry of wind power in china is developing rapidly, but the offshore wind power is only in the early stages. Large-scale bucket foundation as a new form of foundation foe offshore wind power has a great advantage compared to the traditional forms of foundations. But during the construction and the using process, the large-scale bucket foundation may occur slightly tilted. In order to ensure the operation of the wind turbine, we need to make the large-scale bucket foundation leveling. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the large-scale bucket foundation, put forward some leveling of the construction process, under the two conditions, construction process and the operation process, compare these leveling processes, and propose a leveling method–grouting approach. In order to research the mechanism of the leveling process, we study the bearing capacity of the large-scale bucket foundation. To make the simulation of the leveling process for the large-scale bucket foundation successfully, we describe some finite element theory in this paper, and we will use ABAQUS to simulate the leveling process of the large-scale bucket foundation, also we introduce some theory of simulations for the leveling process and some method of the model parameters. In order to simulate the leveling process, we make the initial status of the tilted 1 angle, using the multi-stage loading approach to simulate the leveling process, and get the variable trend of the stress and strain for the structure, boards inside the foundation, base and other factors, also we simulate the process under the different depth of the foundation to get the trend of variation, to provide some practical engineering reference values in the future.
