Research On Methods And Applications Of Group Decision Making Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

In modern society, group decision-making is the preferred decision-making method by the decision makers when they face the complex problems, so the researches of related theories become a key issue. In this thesis, we take "the evaluation methods research of group decision making" which is the sub-project of "xx system evaluation assessment techniques"as the background. The project was carried out jointly with the Beijing Research Institute of Electrical and Mechanical. We summarized relevant research situation in this field, made a thorough analysis of group decision making based on AHP, which can make a good combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative scoring, finally we designed the algorithm and software implementation. In this paper we did mainly the following work:First, we analyzed AHP in detail, then following the application steps, we had analyzed the scoring scale, determining the meaning of matrix structure, consistency test and resulting ranking of the alternatives. While modifying the inconsistent data, we proposed the "biggest point of difference by mode" concept based on the conclusion of previous work;Second, because of the limitations of AHP, we gave another method-ANP, which was based on AHP, and introduced the concept of dominance, super matrix, the weighted super-matrix, etc., and finally summarized the similarities and differences between AHP and ANP;In addition, we analyzed the theory of group decision-making based on the above methods, especially the model of the group decision making, and we made a thorough analysis of determining the weight and gathering information of experts. We summed up the different calculation methods, supplied the methods and reasons which we chose in actual projects. Especially in the information gathering of the experts, we put forward a method based on "distance", and we used examples to prove that it's reasonable;Finally, we wrote the corresponding algorithm flow chart. And based on it, we finished the software implementation with the help of Visual Studio 2008 and QT for the software development platform. Meanwhile, according to different functional modules of softwares and the actual projects as the background, we explained how to use the software, thus you would see the software was practical, effective and friendly.
