Since the Semantic Web technology brought life to the traditional Internet technology,traditional geographic information services technology has been facing challenges and opportunities at the same time.O n the one hand,the demand for geographic information services are increasing diversified and specialized,this demand impelled mode of GIS data supply developed from localization to networked in the form of web services,which leading to a surge of geographic service quantity;on the other hand,finding a service that meets the client?s requirements from so many geography information services is becoming more difficult gradually,this resulted inconvenient in service integration,combination and use.In addition,blurred description of service property,the non-uniform getting method and a series of semantic conflicts resulted from service interface and function description also increased the difficulty of service discovery.How to discover objective service from massive bundle of services efficiently and accurately has become a huge cha llenge faced by today?s geographic information services.In this paper,we brought in semantic directory service technology,semantic web and ontology technology to solve the problem of inefficient and inaccurate in geographic information service discovery;Based on geographic ontology concept,building methods and extension of geospatial fuzzy ontology,we conducted in deep researches in four areas of the directory service technology in geographic information semantic service environment,semantic service disco very technology based on rough sets extract rules,the service discovery reuse strategy based on ?-relation and the semantic service reasoning,certain results have been achieved.The main work and innovations are as follows: 1.In the background of internet technology,semantic web technology and computer technology,we analysed the existing problems in current geographic information service.We did some thinking and researches on semantic-based geographic information service registration,management and discovery technology from the view of geographic information service sharing and interoperate.On the premise of nor deviate from the current OGC geographic information directory service standards and specifications,we expanded and geographic information directory service in traditional model,this enhanced the capability in semantic expression on traditional service.We researched directory service functions and operation mechanism of semantic environment mode and pointed out the important significance and broad application prospects of using semantic annotation to realize geographic information semantic service model.2.It used the classical ontology description language OWL to increase the representation of fuzzy data types,and fuzzy membership degree method to constructs the fuzzy f-OWL ontology language.On the basis of the traditional description logic,increase the description logic operator,to build a new fuzzy description logic f-SHOINP(D);this gives the f-OWL formalized representation of syntax and semantics.Finally,this paper discusses the use of f-OWL in an OWL-S geographic information semantic expression method of fuzzy information in the service description.3.This paper designed a mixed mode of geographic space directory service discovery method,use of OWL-S and WSMO semantic description framework to build the geospatial information service environment of mixed mode.To effectively integrate WSMX and OWL virtual machine environment for service semantic reasoning and found,to build the foundation data-semantic data-base environment-user tools environment model four levels.Studied the mixing mode of geospatial information service discovery environment,as well as in the environment of the service discovery technology.4.To improve service oriented feature weight allocation method,the service feature weight distribution should be under different classification rules.Aside from pure improved similarity matching algorithm improve the efficiency and precision of service discovery;this paper put emphasis on the influence of two similar levels of service description feature weight coefficient.Through analysis,compare the similar degree of two services,depending on the service class,to participate in similarity matching service feature weights given by different.Under different service classes in order to accurately grasp the service characteristics of weight coefficient matching rules,this paper,by using rough set algorithm was carried out on the sample data mining knowledge,finally got the service feature weights allocation under different classification rules.Experimental results show that carried out in accordance with the rules of the characteristics of the service item weight coefficient distribution can effectively improve the accuracy of service discovery.5.This paper proposed a service matching method based on linguistic variable name weight of fuzzy information,gives the concept of language variable quad,and on the basis of the study the affect of fuzzy information service similarity of two key factors: service key word semantic similarity and linguistic variable weights of similarity.In order to quantify the similarity values,the use of trapezoidal fuzzy membership function is a continuum of discrete membership values into nine typical fuzzy values,and to establish the mapping relationship with language variable weights,finally gives the calculation method of fuzzy similarity values of information service.6.this paper proposed a service matching reuse strategy based on ?-relations technology to solve the problem that the existing semantic service methods could not make full use of every service discovery result.This strategy made it possible that the result of each service can be found as a reference for the next service discovery,as the number of service discovery increased,the efficiency of the service discovery would be increased.Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively improve service matching accuracy and reusability,the efficiency is higher than other algorithms.
