Microsyringe extractor, a novel, simple, miniature, integrated sample preparation technique has been developed. This device similar to a SPE column in shape, all the extraction, separation, clean up and concentrate steps were occurred in the same 100μL microsyringe, so it largely reduces the amount of sample and organic solvent compared with the traditional sample preparation methods. For complicated sample, targets can divide in to serial fractions according to the various polar of targets which can totally analyze complicated plant sample by continuous sample pretreatment and fractional injection process with detection. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), alkylphenols (APs), plant hormones (PHs) were selected as model compounds of the nonpolar, inter-polar and polar targets, respectively. And the parameters that affect the extraction efficiency in microsyringe extractior have been optimized. Under the optimized conditions, recoveries of targets ranged from 76.1% to 101.2%, relative standard deviation (RSD%) ranged below than 20%, correlation coefficients were above 0.99 across a certain concentration. The method detection limits for these targets in plant sample ranged from 0.27 ng to 14.2 ng. Finally, the technique was applied to determine of real plant samples of Changbai Mountaion. The results show that this technique is simple, rapid, economic, easy to operate and high throughput, make plant sample total analysis come true, it has widely application prospect in analysis of plant, soil and other solid samples. |
