Camera calibration is necessary to recover the camera interior orientation elements in photogrammetry .But there is error between calibration interior orientation elements and practical. Moreover compare the actual operating environment with the camera calibration environment, temperature, humidity, pressure, etc. are subject to change, resulting small changes within the interior orientation elements. It assumes that there are small changes in interior orientation elements, and they are independent of each other, in this context, to analyze the distortion of the model which caused by interior orientation elements changes.In the first place, it introduces the model generated process. During this process, interior orientation taken by observing 4 corners points, and adjust change parameters, to eliminate the distortion of the digital image and establish the relationship between screen coordinates and image coordinates. The initial value of relative orientation elements are obtained by relativity direct solution, then the optimal solutions of relative orientation elements are obtained by indirect adjustment. This process ensures the errors caused by interior orientation and relative orientation is not the main errors during the generation of model.Based on the generation of model, assuming only one interior orientation elements change, analyze the distortion of model caused by ideal and general stereo pairs internal orientation elements change. The amount,expression and law will be given. Finally conclusions of this paper will be confirmed by experiment.According to the conclusions of this paper, if the interior orientation elements changes, the model must produce distortion. If there are similar condition of the text in practical task, operator can found the interior orientation elements which have been changes or have some calibration error according to the conclusions in this paper.
