The generation of spatial information services is come from the continuous development of GIS applications on request. With the deepening of GIS technology, the traditional GIS can not meet all the needs of users, is now open network environment, easy integration and access of spatial information services technology has become an important direction of GIS development. Spatial information services has brought an explosion of spatial information applications development. WPS-based statistical analysis of spatial information service is a spatial information service, is a consistent standard OGC Web Service, its research not only on the spatial information services play a role in promoting technology development, but also to spatial information services research and application of proposed A new direction. Therefore, depth study of WPS spatial information statistical analysis services is essential and important theoretical and practical significance. To achieve the services of spatial information statistical analysis, you need to consider the service implementation technology specifications, algorithms, frameworks, and application problems. According to this line of thinking, there are four main research areas in the paper:1) Clear the spatial information services's development situation of domestic and international, and it's deficiencies. Spatial information statistical analysis service is the product of industry needs and IT development. The realization and research of statistical analysis of spatial information services is of great significance. Further study the spatial information services technology and specifications. All of this lay the foundation for the design and implementation of spatial information statistical analysis service.2) Study the methods of spatial information statistical analysis, including basic statistical analysis methods of commonly used statistical analysis:Interpolation analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, statistics analysis and cluster analysis. And focuses on two common basic methods of cluster analysis algorithms, including C-means clustering analysis algorithm and FCM clustering analysis algorithm.3) The study of statistical analysis of spatial information service implementation. The first is service implementation technologies, including Servlet and Axis technologies; proposed statistical analysis of spatial information services, the reasonable service structure is designed; described the whole process of service implementation, including JNI-based services algorithm implementation technology and the service package technology of WPS.4) A model of stadium evacuation plan is designed based on the sports centre spatial information data analysis. Based on the design, the service of alarm reliability analysis and the FCM clustering analysis are designed the implementation model with in-depth research. Finally, the application of spatial information statistical analysis services in the evacuation of stadium is achieved.
