Surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs) has an abnormal transmission enhancement,this phenomenonpresents many novel features. Photonic devices develop with SPPs has many advantages such aslarge capacity, high speed and miniaturization. Both of these have provided a new way to developnew photonic devices, Research based on SPPs give a very important value in both theoretical andpractical.This paper introduces the mode field distribution of SPPs using the method of finite differencetime domain, in this paper,have studyed the dispersion relation of SPPs, the SPPs of anisotropic andthe metals Drude model, calculated the Drude model parameters of metal Ag.Give a Research andsimulation on the single-slit transmission and the relationship between the thickness of metal films,the results show that the slit transmission intensity will changes with the thickness of cyclical. Theresults show that by setting the exit surface cycle of micro-structure can change the P polarizationtransmission direction of the outgoing light to achieve convergence, Divergence. By changing theexit slit metal film's surface groove structure can controlle the angle of the incident light.Analyzed the basic parameters of double-slit which can cause the beam focuse and division,studied the optical properties nonlinear optical materials with different slit widths. Studied in thenon-linear metal-metal composite structure, the strength of the mechanism by light intensity, thedeflection of the beam to achieve the feasibility of dynamic regulation. Simulation proved that usenonlinear optical materials can dynamic control metal plasmon, through the regulation ofexcessive strength, can point out the dynamic change of angle in the range of. Combination of these principles, propose a metal micro-structure of nonlinear-metalmulti-channel beam splitter. Study found that the intensity ratio is 1.5:1with groove and no groove,and the direction of the received radio strength and direction of the original incident energy of thereceived intensity ratio is 27.87, significantly improve the deflection efficiency.In the presence ofgrooves, the use of light intensity control, two shot angle beam of light is changing, to achievethe incident light beam angle of the dynamic regulation from 25°to46°.Finally, we discussed multi-channel advantage in optical deflection devices development, andpossibilities to apply...
