To further reduce the laser energy loss during transmission, for Multi-mode fiber and optical components in optical system, according to the theory of optical thin film, an anti-reflection film and a high anti-reflective film laser were designed and prepared. And coating materials of laser film, coating design, deposition and ion assisted deposition parameters were researched in-depth. By the use of vacuum coating technology, use TFC software to design the coating structure., effectively raising the laser damage threshold, and solve the problem of the film firmly under low temperature deposition, through analyzing the test result of coated substrate, adjusting parameters of coating process and method of monitor, the error of thickness is reduced.The reflectivity of the preparation of antireflective coating R<0.2%, the average reflectivity of the high reflective film R> 99.7%, when the laser incidence is 25°-65°.
