With the popularity of various household electrical appliances and the use of communiacation tools,public received more and more electromagnetic radiation,children also received inevitably electromagnetic radiation of various frequency and intensity,and child's nervous system compared with the adult nervous system are more susceptible to damage,and even some damage will continue into adulthood.In order to study the nervous system of children's injury by the electromagnetic radiation,EMC laboratory of our college and pediatric department of Third Affiliated Hospital of our medical school launched a multi-disciplinary cooperation and carried out preliminary study,that is,we carried out electromagnetic radiation on mice in early childhood,then,the situation on the brain development of mice were studied for the study of chidren's brain development, and investigated effects of electromagnetic radition on hippocampus nerve cell proliferation,apoptosis of immature brain of newborn mice and long-term cognitice effects of electromagnetic radiation on neurobehavioral and cognitive of newborn mice.The experiment provide a scientific reference for study of children's brain development,in particular,damage of the nervous system.This thesis studied GHz Cell early and used AutoCAD 2008 to design three-dimensional model of GHz Cell,and exported to SAT format files(since SAT format files exported from AutoCAD 2008 has good compatibility with XFDTD software),then,imported SAT format files into XFDTD software,and set up correctly three-dimensional electromagnetic model of GHz Cell under condition of setting correctly constant of various materials,electrical conductivity and excitation source of GHz Cell,finaly,finite diffenrence time domain(FDTD) for the principle of XFDTD software can provide the exact three-dimensional field distribution of any location in GHz Cell.Secondly,this thesis carried out actual measurement with the use of signal genetators,RF power amplifiers,EMC spectrum analyzer and measuring probe and compared with the simulation data,and found that the simulation results and measurement results are in the range of allowable error,and proved that the small work area of GHz Cell could meet the requirement of electromagnetic radiation experiments.Then,the bio-medical experiment was carried out,a total of 72,weighing 4-5 grams,clean and heathy,male and female ratio close to 1:1 of mice was randomly divided into irradiated three groups(A1,A2,A3) for radiation and three groups(B1,B2,B3) for comparison,12 in each group,and A1,A2,A3 were placed in the glass box placed in the small work area of GHz Cell and received electromagnetic of different length of time,and the radiation time was set according to requirements of medical experiments.By immnohistochemistry,cell counting,image analysis and water maze test and other medical experiments,using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis,the conclusions of biomedical experiments were obtained.Finally,wo concluded that electromagnetic radiation affected survival and morphological changes of newborn cells in hippocampus dentate of newborn mice,Caspase-3,Ki67,Brdu in the experimental groups decreased(increased) comparison of the control groups decreasing(increasing),the difference was statistically significant. Electromagnetic radiation can affect the expression of Caspase-3,Ki67,Brdu.Through the water maze test,the damage effects of immature brain which received continuous and long-term electromagnetic radiation can be extended to adults,resulting in declining in body memory,learning ability.
