Hydrological model is a kind of generalized for complicated hydrologic phenomena in nature, which is the one of Hydrology and Water Resources. Surface evaporation, river flow etc surface hydrological processes and groundwater in certain topography and geology and climate conditions is interaction, with the inner link the whole. However, for a long time, when based on hydrology model simulating complicated water circulating system, the observation data loss or different emphasis, which leading to the hydrologic system is incomplete, causing system deviation. For example, surface hydrological model often focuses on surface hydrological processes, and hydrogeology often emphasizes with water saturation and occurrence function, what also is lack of rainfall-runoff the entire hydrological processes. Surface water and groundwater conversion is an important process of water circulation, and almost all of the surface water process act on groundwater in nature, which affect the development and utilization of water resources and hydrological forecasting precision.The preliminary research is carried out combining Natural Science Foundation of China (51079131) of'the sensibility research on the hydrologic processes to extreme weather events. In this paper, luanchuan station of luhun basin in Henan as an example, establishing surface water-groundwater coupling model, and predicting the real-time flood, the main content as follows:1) Through analysing the model which reflects excess infiltration and excess storage, and referecing three water decision mechanism in Xinanjiang model, coupling tank model to establish surface water-groundwater coupled model, namely three water compatible model.2) Application of surface water-groundwater coupling model, real-time flood forecasting with 1h as a unit in luanchuan station, the results show that:the simulation accuracy reaches standards.3) Through the surface water-groundwater coupling model, showing the change of soil water during the simulated, which reflects in which give priority to different flooding, such as surface runoff, interflow and underground runoff.4) Summarize the whole workload and the innovations, and point out the inadequacies in this paper.
