Along with the competition of real estate industry intensifying, the real estate enterprise inevitably needs full information support and accurate market judgment if they want to subdue in the competition. The real estate industry has massive data accumulation,including profession information, economic environment information , customer information and so on. These data are important references in real estate enterprise's market operation. Facing the fast growth magnanimous data collection, the enterprise needs the powerful data analysis tool which will change these data to Value knowledge. Because the practical application of the data mining technology in the trade is extremely rich that can help the real estate industry discovering valuable information, and which is helpful to the enterprise to discover opportunity, make development plan and the marketing strategy.The paper bases on a CRM project of a real estate debelopment enterprise,obtaining from the real demands of real estate customer relationship management, after has analyzed the association rules mining principle and technology, discussed with emphasis has carried on the real estate industry customer intention analysis in CRM using the association rules. In order to realize the customer intention model, this document has done following work:Firstly, the paper obtained from the theory of real estate industry customer relationship management and the data mining association rules, reorganized and studied domestic and foreign material about these two aspects, summarized the real estate CRM's basic content, the system structure of application system and the existence question. And the paper also has discussed about the mining process and the data pretreatment of association rules.Moreover, the paper has made a investigation in 2006 to Lin'an city's residential building situation. After been extracted, investigation data saves in SQL Server database. The paper obtains many valuable models and rules after mining the investigation data with the association rules. These models and rules quite objectively have reflected the present demand of Lin'an citizens to the housing situation.
