As competition between companies become fierce, eager to study how they can produce best product using least costs with most efficient way using least costs. I consider'with most efficient way using least cost'is about project management, and'how they can produce best product'is about quality management. Quality management and project management become hot issues of contemporary management academic circles.This paper refers to the quality improvement project which is performed in Beijing Mobis in 2003. At that time, it was just a few month since Beijing Mobis started to produce auto module, the quality status of its product was very unstable, so it decided to implement the quality improvement project. This kind of phenomenon is quite common in just started factories, is kind of classical problem. This paper will look into the virtues and errors of the project, would like to become a mirror of who will perform same kind of project.At the same time, this paper will take a care look at auto modulization production. Modulization production system is the newest production system after Toyota's Kanban production system. Through understanding the definition of modulization, the types of module and the effect of modulization, this paper will find out why should use modulization production system.Lastly, this paper will refer to the problems in multination national organizations. Beijing Mobis is a foreign company in China, so it can't get away from the problems in multination national organizations. To achieve continuous growth, multination national organizations must have localization of the staff from home country and educate local managers.
